Well,  We've avoided it for long enough.  Now Monstercraftsman offers full frame service for the XS650 weld on hardtails.  We can either Tig weld or Mig weld it depending on how deep your pockets are.  Each frame is aligned and welded on a professional jig and you will be very happy with the final product.  We can also powder coat your frame for an additional Fee.  We also offer full build chopper service at this time.  Call or email us for details.

Tc Bros. Yamaha XS650 weld-on rigid hard tail frame section. This is the easiest way to make your XS 650 into a chopper or bobber. This is the nicest weld on hardtail on the market today for the best price anywhere! It incorporates 3 inches of stretch and 5 inches of ground clearance for a very balanced look and stance that is very rideable.

It is designed to use your stock wheel, tire, spacers, and chain adjusters. It is constructed of 1 1/8" diameter steel tubing with .120" wall thickness. The 1 1/8" diameter is also the same as the stock XS650 frame tubing for a very nice looking install that looks like it was factory made!

The axle plates are cut from 3/8" thick steel and have an integrated mount hole for easy fender mounting. The hardtail was designed using the latest CAD software and jig built for a perfect fit every time. The lower rails have solid steel slugs welded into them that fit into the stock frame tubes for strength and easy assembly. Mounting instructions are included.
