Monstercraftsman is happy to introduce David Roy of Voodoo Vintage.  We are excited about teaming up and offering his expertice and creativity in the area of motorcycle mayhem.  His Frames are custom designed to fine tolerances allowing original power-plants and drive-trains to be installed. This provides an economical means-to-an-end for the final consumer. The  rotisserie jigs he uses allow control over placement and welding while adjusting for stresses during the fabrication process. All major component seams are TIG welded and stress relieved in the jig. Although great lengths are taken to assure your frame is straight and true, minor warping can happen during handling and shipping. Small tolerance variations in the rear axle plates do not necessarily constitute an error... You can expect up to 1/8" of variation. It is important to inspect the allowed distance between the plates before attempting to assemble the rear wheel components. If necessary, you can "nudge" the plates back to tolerance with a small bottle jack.

IMPORTANT: To avoid time and expense at the DMV, our frames can be fabricated around yourORIGINAL neck tube. You will need to remove your neck tube with a reciprocating saw and mail it to our shop in Pennsylvania. David will then fabricate your custom frame around your original neck tube saving you time and hassle.

Should you wish to have your frame fabricated with a BLANK neck tube, your frame will come complete with a Manufacturer's Statement of Origin. You can then register for a title with your Department of Motor Vehicles. (Please research with your State's guidelines before purchasing with an MSO. Failure to do so does not warrant an exchange or refund.)
