Metal Head Leafers! now an affordable option for builder. Metal Head would like to see the option of owning and riding a leafer put into the hands of a larger group of builders. The prices are lower, but you will find that our build stantards are not. Every component has been drafted in solid works to ensure dimensional accuracy. The forks are constructed of 1020 mild steel d.o.m. and are %100 tig welded. All bearings are 841 oilite bronze or better. Stock length and custom "under stock" lengths are available. Forks are built to accept 16-23" wheels, along with either left, right, or dual disk brake applications. Special narrow width versions are available per customer request.

Forks will fit custom Harley Davidson applications using 1" neck stems, as well as Sportsters. The original Harley Davidson big twin "lock nut, triple clamp, and acorn stem nut" top tree configuration has been utilized to ensure compatibility of parts, and ease of use. One of two different styles of rockers can be chosen at the time of purchase. Every set of forks is built to exacting tolerances and alignment is guaranteed.
